Plastic welding wire

A welding wire that is suitable for the respective thermoplastic is required for reliable welding of thermoplastics. We manufacture welding wires in various diameters as round wire and profiled wire Round wire is used for both extrusion and hot gas welding, whereas profiled wire is only suitable for hot gas welding.

You can obtain welding wires in PP, PE natural and PE 100 plastics. An inspection certificate/works certificate 3.1 in accordance with DIN EN 10204 is issued and supplied for PE 100 black.

We supply our plastic welding wire wound onto a spool. Welding rods are also available for smaller requirements.
