IBC emptying station

The EKK IBC-ERS for the automatic total emptying of IBCs can be accessed from all four sides and can be easily transported with industrial trucks. The tilting position for total emptying is achieved via a built-in tilting mechanism, which is activated by weight removal.

We also supply suitable collection trays as protection for the storage of water-polluting media. Weighing units are also available as accessories, which can be networked with the storage system depending on the version. A message is sent to the storage system as soon as the specified reorder level is reached. In this way, we are creating the conditions for intelligent warehousing in the sense of Industry 4.0.
