The production of rectangular and round tanks is a complex process that requires precision and expertise. We calculate, design and manufacture rectangular and round tanks for a wide range of applications – for indoor and outdoor installation, in accordance with our customers' wishes. Depending on the requirements, we select suitable thermoplastics such as polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) for use with water-polluting media such as acids, alkalis, etc. We also take into account factors such as operating temperature, area of application and operating pressure.

Thanks to the excellent chemical resistance of the plastics used, our containers and tanks are suitable for numerous media, especially aggressive ones. Plastic tanks are also resistant to corrosion and wear. The tanks can be manufactured in various sizes and geometries to meet the customer’s specific requirements. Using a program for calculating the statics, we design the tanks according to their use and area of application.

Various quality controls are performed throughout the manufacturing process to ensure that the finished tanks and components comply with the required technical guidelines. These include visual inspections, dimensional checks and leak tests.
